Me
I began creating and designing beaded jewelry for our friends and family who participate in Toronto’s Aztec dance group. I taught myself how to bead with traditional techniques as well as developing my own designs as demand increased. I have had opportunities to grow thanks to my kids’ assistance and the support of my customers.
My Kids
Batz beads is a Mayan quiche family owned and operated business. I wouldn’t be where I am today without my children. The entire foundation of the business has been built by my kids. My sons have assisted with event setup, moving tables and tents throughout the city, and providing customer service at events. My daughter created my business’s logo, business cards, website, and all other related artwork.
